My Humble Bundle code doesn't work! What do I do?
If your Humble Bundle code doesn't work - whether you receive an error or the discount is not correct - don't panic! There are generally a few common reasons why your code may not be working for you that can quickly and easily be addressed on your end by following the steps below.
1. Log in to your Zenva Academy account
2. Clear your cart of ALL products. You can find instructions for clearing your cart here: How do I remove a product from my cart?
3. Retry redemption using our enhanced, more definitive instructions: I purchased courses through Humble Bundle. How do I access them?
IMPORTANT: You MUST redeem bundle products one at a time if you received multiple from us.In many cases, this should resolve the issue and you'll be able to use the code successfully. However, if you continue to receive an error, you can try the final step below:
In some cases, even when the code produces an error, the checkout will be successful and you'll have already redeemed the bundle.
If the bundle purchase isn't there, also consider whether you may have signed up with a different email you own. Zenva accounts are tied to your email address, and often we find users will have accidentally created two accounts. To test this, you simply need to try logging in with any other of your email addresses you think might have been registered with the site. Please note, Humble Bundle codes can only be used once for one account, so we are unable to provide multiple codes for situations where you actively use more than one account.
