I've lost access to the email address linked to my account. What do I do?
If you are still able to log in to your account, you can manually change the email by following the steps in this article: How do I change my email address?
If you are unable to log in to your account, please contact our help desk at your earliest convenience. When doing so, please confirm:
- The email address associated with your old account
- The new email address that you want your account changed to
- Any identifying information you can provide to prove account ownership, such as:
- Old invoices
- Old redeemed codes from Humble Bundle or Fanatical
- Any proof of purchase that contains the order number and email address
