Scenario 1: You've already redeemed the code (even if you received an error)
In many cases, we find codes will not work simply because users previously redeemed them. As such, your first step should be to visit your Purchased Courses
page and see if the course is already there.
If the course purchase isn't there, consider whether you may have signed up with a different email you own. Zenva accounts are tied to your email address, and often we find users will have accidentally created two accounts. To test this, you simply need to try logging in with any other of your email addresses you think might have been registered with the site.
In the event you do find a second account registered, try checking that account's Purchased Courses page for your Fanatical course. If you find an account you can no longer access, you can review the articles below for further assistance.
Please note, Fanatical codes can only be used once for one account, so we are unable to provide multiple codes for situations where you actively use more than one account.
Scenario 2: You've added the incorrect product(s) to your cart
Fanatical codes will not work if you've added the wrong product to your cart. As such, please make sure to:
- Closely follow the instructions in this article to make sure you're selecting the right product link: https://helpza.zenva.com/portal/en/kb/articles/i-purchased-courses-through-fanatical-how-do-i-access-them
- You've only added one product to the cart, as coupons can ONLY be redeemed one at a time.

- Proof of purchase that shows the product/course that bought on Fanatical
- Your Fanatical code
