How do I report a problem with a course?

Sometimes you may run across issues with a course that extend beyond understanding the material, such as broken videos or missing project files. While we try to avoid issues of this nature, they do still occasionally happen. Fortunately, we offer an easy and convenient way for you to report these sorts of issues so we can address them.

Before proceeding with the instructions below, please make note of the following:

  • Course issue reports are intended for missing project files, broken videos, outdated content, or mistakes in the lesson content. If you need other technical help with understanding the course material, please follow the instructions outlined in this article: What if I am having trouble with the course content?
  • For video-related issues, we first suggest reviewing this article for common troubleshooting procedures before submitting an issue report: One or more of the videos are not playing. What should I do?
  • If a course is archived, we no longer support updating the course for outdated content. Please see our Course Update Policy for more information.
  • Unless we require more details regarding the issue, we will not follow up on any submissions.
