We've made significant changes to improve your learning experience on Zenva. The "Premium Support" feature has been retired, and we've introduced the AI Tutor for all Zenva users - a more effective and widely used tool.

The AI Tutor is an AI-powered chatbot that provides real-time assistance and answers to your questions as you progress through our courses. It has access to our entire course material, ensuring accurate and relevant information whenever you need it.

Why did we make this change?

Since launching the AI Tutor, it has helped 25 times more people compared to Premium Support - which was only being used by less than 1% of our subscribers. The feedback for the AI Tutor has been overwhelmingly positive, with learners highlighting how much easier it is to learn with it.

We believe the AI Tutor is a more efficient and beneficial tool for your learning needs. By making this change, we ensure that our learners at Zenva have access to high-quality support throughout their learning journey.

How do I report course issues?

All course and lesson pages will continue to have "Report Course Issue" links that allow learners to submit issues for review by our team. This includes broken videos, missing subtitle files, outdated content, or code inconsistencies. Our commitment to keeping content updated and constantly improving quality remains unchanged.
