My Humble Bundle code doesn't reduce the price to $0. What should I do?
When redeeming a Humble Bundle purchase on Zenva Academy, it is important to make sure that your cart is clear of all other products. Also note that:
- Our redemption products are inclusive of the previous tier(s). If you purchased Tier 3, you DO NOT need to redeem the products for Tier 1 and Tier 2. All your courses will be contained in that one single product.
- If you need to redeem multiple Humble Bundle purchases, you MUST do so one at a time. Our system is not able to process multiple coupons in the same order.
