I log into Zenva Academy with Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn. What is my password?

When registering for Zenva, all users have the option to use Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn single sign-on to create an account. As these are third-party services, Zenva does not directly store your password or have access to that information - you merely authorize a connection between our services.

Thus, without manually setting a password, you will need to use those login options exclusively in order to access your Zenva account. Further, should you forget the password for your Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account, you will need to contact those services for further information on retrieving your password.

However, at any time, you can manually set a password for your account. This will allow you to access your Zenva account whether you close a particular social media account or simply don't have access to your social media account's login. Plus, you'll still be able to use your social login at any time even with a manual password set - our system will save the connection even in those situations.

To set a manual password, you can follow the standard password reset flow outlined in the following article: I forgot my Zenva Academy password. How can I reset it?
