How do I use my coupon code?

Occasionally, you may come into possession of a valid coupon code for a product on Zenva. This article will cover the steps for using your coupon code. Before proceeding, determine if your coupon is for a subscription or if it's for an individual product, as the steps differ slightly between these two products.

Add Product to Cart

The first step is to add the product to your cart, which steps depends on whether the coupon is for an individual product or subscription.

Individual Products (Not Subscription)

In most cases, you will be provided a link directly to the cart, so no further action is needed. However, if you find yourself on a product page, select Buy Now at the bottom of the page. DO NOT hit any other button, as this will add the incorrect product to your cart.




Similarly to products, most codes come with a direct link to add the product to your cart - so no action is needed. If you'd like to add the subscription manually, however, you can do so by heading to any Zenva page and clicking Subscription in the top menu.

Add Coupon

The next step is to add the coupon to your order.

After taking the steps above and logging in or signing up (if you weren't logged in before), you will take you eventually be taken to the checkout page. From the Checkout screen, above the "Your Order" section, click the Coupon Code button.


Then, copy your coupon code into the input field that appears and hit Apply Coupon.


Verify Coupon Applied

Verify that the coupon code was applied by checking the coupon deduction and total amount. DO NOT PROCEED until you're sure the coupon applied.

Note that, per the images below, the order form will look slightly different depending on whether you added an individual product to the cart or the subscription.

Subscription order information also includes your recurring total for future automatic payments, as well as your next renewal date.



Finish any other information required and hit Checkout at the bottom of the page to finish your transaction.
