While in an ideal world all emails would make it to their destination seamlessly, various factors can disrupt this process. As such, whether you're trying to log in using
our 2FA feature or trying to
reset your password, sometimes these emails may struggle to reach you.
This article will cover information and troubleshooting tips in cases where these emails aren't able to reach you. Note that in both cases, you should give our system and your email provider up to 10 minutes for the email to get to your inbox.
Check Your Spam Box
Sometimes, even legitimate emails wind up in spam boxes. This can be because of settings you've created, or security protocols implemented by your email provider themselves. Regardless of which applies, if you haven't already make sure to check your spam box.
Check Email is Correct (Password Resets Only)
For password resets, make sure that the email you entered is spelled correctly and is the correct one registered with our site. Our system tracks users by email, so anything incorrect will result in our system being unable to locate your account.
Your Email Provider is Blocking Us
In some cases, your email provider may completely block our 2FA and password reset emails (vs. sending the email to your spam box). This is largely due to their own internal filtering that, unfortunately, we have no control over on our end. While this can happen with almost any domain, the following email providers have a larger tendency to block our emails compared to others:
- Personal website domains (i.e. myemail@mywebsite.com)
- Yahoo
- Hotmail
- Outlook
Though not guaranteed, you can attempt to remedy this by adding Zenva (zenva.com) to your whitelist. The following website provides guides on how to do this for all the popular email providers:

If none of the above tips help, please reach out to our help desk for further assistance. We'd be more than happy to help you re-access your account.
