Do courses have closed captioning [CC] or subtitles available?

All Zenva lesson videos that use the Bunny video player (as opposed a few courses that use Vimeo) come with an option to enable closed captions/subtitles - even for free courses. The steps below will cover how to enable them.

Note: You only need to enable the subtitles in one video, and it will automatically turn ON the subtitles on consecutive videos. If the caption status is not being saved, please review this article for assistance, as there is likely an issue with your browser that is preventing the status from being saved: General Issue Troubleshooting

Turning on CC/Subtitles

1) While watching a lesson, click the Closed Caption button on the bottom video bar. If you do not see this bar, tapping the screen should bring it up.

2) If Closed Captions are on, you should see a checkmark next to the English option or the option should be highlighted. If this is not the case, you can simply tap the English option to turn them on.
