My IP address has been blocked after too many failed login attempts. What can I do?

Being secure and protecting our learning community is our topmost priority.

If you try to log in too many times with an incorrect password, then our system will block your IP address for 1 hour. During this time, you will not be able to log in to the Zenva Academy site from that IP address, though you can log in using a different IP address.

After the 1 hour block, the IP address is released, so you will be able to log in again after that point.

If you are unsure of your password, we recommend resetting your password rather than trying multiple incorrect password attempts to ensure you maintain access to your courses without any disruptions.
