I'm being told I can't purchase a subscription. What do I do?
Sometimes, after attempting to add our subscription to your cart, you may receive an error message indicating that you can't purchase the subscription.
In the majority of these cases, this is caused by the fact that you had already once attempted to purchase a subscription, the payment failed, but the system created a pending subscription already. Since our system already has you marked as a potential subscriber, you will need to retry payment via the instructions in this article: How do I retry payment for my subscription?
If the above scenario does not apply to you, however, please reach out to our help desk at your earliest convenience so that we can further investigate the matter.
