Why do I see the review pop-up after every lesson?

User feedback for our courses is very important to us here at Zenva. As such, while taking a course, you may occasionally see a prompt to leave a review.

This said, these prompts are in no way designed to appear after every lesson. If you are experiencing an excessive amount of pop-ups asking for a review, we recommend investigating your browser settings and extensions. In some cases, these may be interfering with our website and causing unexpected behaviors. Disabling your extensions and trying again may help you identify if one is causing such issues.

If you are unable to find anything in your browser setup that's causing this, please contact our help desk at your earliest convenience. When doing so, please let us know which browser you're using and send us a video showcasing the issue.
