Why did I receive multiple copies of my eBook?

Why did I receive multiple copies of my eBook?

With our old eBook products, we often provided both the eBook itself as well as any accompanying source or asset files. All of the eBooks themselves are provided in one zip file, and if the eBook has any associated source or asset files, these are provided in separate zip files. The assets may also be split between multiple zip files depending on their size.

As such, a single eBook can include several downloadable files, which may result in it appearing as you've received several copies. Please rest assured, this is normal behavior!
