I bought the Lifetime Access Subscription. Why does my subscription show as Pending Cancellation?

If you have an existing annual or monthly subscription when you purchase our Lifetime Access Subscription option, our system intentionally and automatically cancels your existing subscription. As such, seeing your subscription show up as "Pending Cancellation" is normal in these circumstances.

Internally, our system handles annual and monthly subscriptions differently than Lifetime Access subscriptions. When an annual or monthly subscription is cancelled, users still maintain access until the end of their billing period. "Pending Cancellation" simply indicates that this access period is still active for that specific subscription. When the active period ends, the subscription is fully cancelled.

Rest assured, however, that your old annual or monthly subscription cancelling in no ways affects your Lifetime Access. Once the subscription cancels fully, you'll still be able to access courses as normal. This process is simply to ensure there are no system glitches between our regular subscription items and Lifetime Access purchases.

The above said, make sure you DO NOT reactivate your old annual or monthly subscription. Doing so will reactivate the billing process, causing you to be charged further despite your Lifetime purchase.
