Like on many other platforms, when a user signs up for an account, they are required to agree with the platform's Privacy Policy. The same goes for when a user signs up for an account on the Zenva Academy platform.

By agreeing to Zenva Academy's Privacy Policy, you authorize the platform to send you marketing communications about its products and promotions (discounts, sales, etc.).

However, if you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from Zenva Academy, you have the option to unsubscribe at any time. Please note that opting out of receiving marketing communications DOES NOT apply to personal data provided for other transactions such as purchases.

Option #1: How to Unsubscribe through the Communications Page

The steps below will outline how to opt out/unsubscribe from marketing emails from the Zenva Academy website.

1) Log in to Zenva Academy.

2) Navigate to your My Account page.

3) Click on the Communications link on the left-hand side menu.

4) Uncheck the box for "Updates about products and promotions".

5) Finally, click on the 'Save Changes' button.

Option #2: How to Unsubscribe directly within a marketing email

1) Open any of the marketing emails you received from Zenva Academy recently.

2) Scroll down to the bottom section of the email (just below our social media links).

3) Click on the Unsubscribe link that is found at the bottom of the email that you receive from us.

​Once you've completed the steps on either option shown above, you will no longer receive product and promotion update emails moving forward.
