How often am I billed for my subscription?

How often am I billed for my subscription?

How often you're billed for your subscription depends on the plan you sign up for. The information below outlines each plan and the billing frequency.

Monthly Plan

For monthly plans, you are billed once a month based on when you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on November 10th, your next three bills would be:

  • December 10th
  • January 10th
  • February 10th

This is the case regardless of the number of days in the month.

If you subscribed on the last day of the month, such as December 31st, our system will always bill you on the last day of each month (i.e. January 30th, February 28th/29th, etc.)

In cases where you subscribe close to the last day of the month, such as the 29th or 30th, your billing date may be moved to the last day of the month upon reaching a month where the date doesn't exist (i.e. February). Once that point is reached, you will subsequently always be billed the last of the month.

Yearly Plan

For yearly plans, you are billed once a year based on when you subscribed.  If you subscribed on October 30th, 2019, you will not be billed until October 30th, 2020.

In the case of leap years, if you subscribed on February 29th, you will subsequently be billed on February 28th of the next year.

Lifetime Plan

If you purchased the lifetime plan, you only have to pay a one-time fee at the time of checkout. There are no further recurring charges involved with this plan.

Important Notes

Below are a few important notes to keep in mind regarding dates.
  1. Resubscribing after canceling a plan may cause your billing date to move. For more information regarding this, please check out the following article: How do I reactivate my subscription?
  2. Your billing date may change should you change plans. For this situation, you can review the following article: I want to change subscription plans. When will I be charged?
  3. Billing dates may be moved if payment for any particular charge is delayed (such as through an echeck via PayPal).
